What You Will Be Doing 

As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, which may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away from the office. The Account Executive (AE) will market Renu’s services to the various clients which include but are not limited to: Property Managers, Asset Managers, Owner/Operators.

Essential Job Functions

  • Understanding of construction materials and practices.
  • Able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage time effectively.
  • Develops, maintains, implements, and revises as necessary individual marketing plan.
  • Attends and assists promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Renu marketing functions.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.
  • Documents and maintains field work and activity through Dynamics.
  • Acting as the company’s representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Generate business leads and handles promotion of all Renu Verticals and National presence.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Experience in the Renovation and Construction industry, preferred but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast moving, deadline driven environment.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the United States. May require overnight travel at least 15% or more as needed.
